Founder and President, Richard Dillio, Sr. brings over 50 years of experience to 49 Precision.
Richard is an accredited and accomplished master machinist and toolmaker with a wide range of expertise, from building printing plates for US currency at the Bureau of Printing and Engraving, to production of tight-tolerance aerospace assemblies and medical implants.
We have the skills and insight to bring your project to completion.
The process of producing a part to precise specification is inherently limited by one’s ability to measure the part’s critical features. To this end, we maintain an arsenal of calibrated inspection tools.
All metrology tools are routinely tested on NIST-traceable gage blocks and employed only in experienced hands.
